Terms and Conditions for Using the Online Store of Nature

I. Subject

Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Nature Art Design Ltd., registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 206834762, with a registered office and address at: Burgas, Meden Rudnik Residential Complex, Bl. 417, Entrance G, Floor 8, Apt. 24 (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier"), and the customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the online store www.natureartdesign.com ("Online Store").

III. Characteristics of the Online Store

Art. 3. The Online Store enables Users to:
• View the offered products and obtain information about them;
• Conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods;
• Make electronic statements related to their orders;
• Exercise the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.
Art. 4. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the ordered goods in accordance with the applicable legislation and these Terms.

IV. Use of the Online Store

Art. 6.
1. The Online Store can be used with or without registration.
2. When registering, the User must provide the necessary data and accept these Terms.
3. When ordering without registration, valid delivery and contact details are required.

V. Payment Methods

Art. 7. Available payment methods:
• Payment by debit/credit card via the Stripe system (VISA, MasterCard);
• Cash on delivery;
• Bank transfer (details provided upon ordering).

VI. Right of Withdrawal

Art. 8.
1. The User has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

VII. Personal Data

Art. 9. The Supplier processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at www.natureartdesign.com/privacy, strictly complying with GDPR and applicable Bulgarian legislation.

VIII. Termination of Relations

Art. 10. The Terms and Conditions may be terminated in the following cases:
• Termination of the User's registration;
• Objective impossibility to perform the contract;
• Violation of these Terms.

IX. Amendments

Art. 11. The Supplier reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions. The changes enter into force upon their publication at www.natureartdesign.com.
